Top Open tool boxes by Highway Products Highway Products Inc., established in 1980, built its reputation from manufacturing semi-truck and trailer toolboxes with heavy-guage marien grade aluminum 1/8 inch thicknesses.  

The advantage of a top open toolbox is you can fill them to the top. Very little wasted space. The disadvantage would be if you need something on the bottom.

Add handles if you will be moving the box around.

We also use SS Torx screws to fasten our hinge which, if lid is damaged, can be easily replaced. NO RIVETS
Trailer Tongue Tool Boxes by Highway Products We make trailer tongue boxes but we would rather sell you a rectangular box that has more usable space. Plus, they often don't match the same angles of your trailer tongue anyway.
