Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Pickup Truck Toolboxes, Pickup Cab Guards, and Kennel Boxes

Highway Products, Inc., makes the following limited warranty to the consumer purchaser of this Highway Products, Inc., product.

If any part of your Highway Products, Inc., toolbox fails during your lifetime due to defects in material or workmanship, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. Highway Products, Inc., may ask the consumer to pay for the replacement part until they have inspected your original parts to confirm that they are defective. If the Highway Products, Inc., inspection determines that the part is defective, we will reimburse the consumer in full. No warranty, either expressed or implied, is made in respect to the finish on any metal portion of the toolbox.

If the consumer purchaser ceases to own the toolbox, this warranty and any implied warranty which then remains in effect, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are voided.

This limited warranty does not apply to any toolbox which has been subjected to misuse, unapproved mounting, abnormal service or handling, or has had alterations performed by any facility not authorized by Highway Products, Inc.

If we authorize you to ship either the entire toolbox or a part of it you may be held responsible for all freight or transportation charges to our factory. If we authorize you to obtain repairs in your local area you may be responsible for the charges or we may authorize the repair facility to bill us directly. Highway Products, Inc., will reimburse you for these charges as long as the repair is authorized by Highway Products, Inc., prior to the repair being made to the toolbox.

To obtain servicing and repairs of your toolbox, contact Highway Products, Inc., at 1-800-TOOL-BOX (1-800-866-5269). Proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service. The purchaser may be required to provide a sales receipt, invoice, or other documentation that establishes proof of purchase.

In no event shall Highway Products, Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion, limitation, or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

5-Year Limited Warranty on Cab Guards and Boxes for Semi Trucks

Highway Products, Inc., warrants to the original consumer, for a period of five years from the date of purchase, that standard Cab Guards and Semi Truck Boxes will be free from defective workmanship and materials and agrees that it will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective part thereof at no charge to the consumer for parts or labor.

In order to enforce the rights under this 5-Year Limited Warranty, the consumer must contact the original place of purchase or Highway Products, Inc., to make arrangements for an inspection of the product.

This 5-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, unapproved mounting, abnormal service or handling, improper maintenance or repair, or that has had alterations performed by any facility not authorized by Highway Products, Inc., or the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced. Freight or transportation costs are not included in the 5-Year Limited Warranty.

The 5-Year Limited Warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to this purchase. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

Highway Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of any breach of this warranty, nor shall the damages exceed the return amount of the purchase price paid by the original consumer.

This 5-Year Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The terms of this warranty shall not be modified by any party, their successors or assigns. This 5-Year Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
